Team Barno The 30th Annual “School’s Out” CBA Alumni Golf Tournament was Monday, Aug. 3 at Tuscarora Golf Club and was most certainly one for the books! Between the beautiful weather and all the great supporters at the tournament, it was a fun day for all. Seventh graders were paired up with a senior buddy on the first day of orientation on Sept. 11. Classrooms and hallways may look a little different this year, but it was nice to have students back on campus this week. All seventh grade and transfer students were here every day, while other students either were 100 percent remote or on a hybrid schedule. Drop In Day Welcomes New Students To CBA

Approximately 175 new incoming students attended Drop-In Day on Tuesday.Hosted by Sister Suzanne Dunn, Vice Principal for the Junior High and the Counseling and Student Service Office, Drop-In Day gave the new students an opportunity to meet current students who were there to greet them, answer questions and give them a tour of the school.The new students also received their class schedule and their locker assignment. The first full day of classes for all students will be on Monday, Sept. 14.

Where will you be attending college and what is your intended major? I will be attending Duke University and have not yet decided on my major. What others schools were you accepted to? I committed to play lacrosse at Duke during my junior year so that was the only school I applied to. Whey did you choose this college? I chose this college because I felt that it offered me the best chance to expand my horizons both academically and athletically, all while giving me the tools I need to grow

CBA Celebrates The Class of 2020

CBA celebrated the Class of 2020 recently. On Thursday, July 30, members of the senior class (five at a time) displayed their college destinations with the traditional chalking the walk in front of the school. A class-wide graduation ceremony and Founder’s Day recognition took place the next night at Alibrandi Stadium.
