The girls volleyball team captured the Section III Class B championship on Saturday, Feb. 17 by defeating Clinton 3-0 at Watertown’s Case Middle School.
It was the first Sectional title for the Brothers in the sport since 2000.
CBA advanced to the championship title with a 3-0 win over Holland Patent in the quarterfinals, and a 3-1 victory over Chittenango in the semifinals.
Members of the team include: Julia Achuff, Abrianna Albring, Neveah Bacheyie, Ali Boule’, Josie DePalma, Kendall Donegan, Josie Lachut, Carleah Morgia, Katie Pledger, Haven Schultz, Abby Uryniak, Emma Walker, Charli Walma, and Julie Zdep.
The Brothers are coached by Blaine Bajjaly, Alicia Grainger, and Mark Barbato.
CBA finishes the campaign with a 16-4 record.
