Four junior high students will represent CBA in the Regional Qualifier of the Scripps National Spelling Bee sponsored by The Post Standard.
Eighth graders Hunter Szatkowski and Andy Truong, and seventh graders Christian Lee and Vivaan Shah advanced to the next round after finishing in the top four at CBA’s in-house Spelling Bee, held recently.
The top 20 students from the Regional Qualifier will compete in the Regional Spelling Bee on Feb. 4 at 9:15 a.m. at the Joyce Hergenhan Auditorium in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
